Happy Times Childcare Initiatives (HTCI) is a registered non-governmental organization (NGO) in the small town of Wobulenzi, Uganda. What began as a primary school intended to serve local children quickly turned into an organization that is committed to caring for some of the most vulnerable children in the area. Happy Times has three main “organs” as they call it.

Happy Times is a beacon of light to their community, and we are committed to see their light shine even further despite the growing number of challenges they face.
